SHIPPING

We are a small business, please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order. The below timeframes are from the dispatch date, and you will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.

NEW ZEALAND

Free shipping on orders over $200 $10 Flat rate on orders under $200 1-2 Working days (includes tracking and insurance) *Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery.

AUSTRALIA

$20 Flat rate 3-8 Working days (includes tracking and insurance)

REST OF THE WORLD

$40 Flat rate 3-10 Days (includes tracking and insurance)

Delivery times are an approximate guide only.

A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a po box.

Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once your order has been dispatched.

For international order, please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shjark.Com takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied. Your order is shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.

If an item is held for 5 days at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We will give a full refund or exchange on full price purchases. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange a purchase please contact us at shop@shjark.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on returning the garment. Returns will not be accepted without a return number.

Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of shjark, and an email will be sent with relevant tracking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred.

Returns and exchanges can only be made via the online store and not at any Shjark retailer.
