Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.

If an item is held for 5 days at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.

PREORDER POLICY

We are a very small team of three, and some styles will need a few finishing touches once Auckland has shifted to Alert Level 3. By purchasing a garment through preorder you have the opportunity to secure the product before it is physically available. Payment of the garment is required at the time of order placement and dispatch will be as soon as it is ready - our aim is within 3 weeks of Auckland moving to Alert Level 3. We will be doing our absolute best to fulfil all pre-orders, however in the event your choice is not available or does not pass our high QC standards you will be contacted immediately with your options, including a full refund.

If the size or style you are after has sold out, please contact shop@shjark.com - we often have more stock available than initially anticipated and it is likely if we don’t have it available we will be able to point you in the direction of a stockist who you may also be able to pre-order from.

All our standard payment, shipping and return policies apply.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We will give a full refund or exchange on full price purchases. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange a purchase please contact us at shop@shjark.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on returning the garment. Returns will not be accepted without a return number.

Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of Shjark, and an email will be sent with relevant tracking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred.

Returns and exchanges can only be made via the online store and not at any Shjark retailer.

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shjark takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
